I am a National Board Certified Teacher in Mathematics, having taught in the brick and mortar classroom for 16 years.

Teaching Style:

I believe Mathematics is a beautiful art that one can enjoy by discovery and exploration of the world around us. I believe in inquiry-based learning that is place-based and relevant to the learner. In particular but like anything we would like to master, mathematics needs to be practiced and will undoubtedly come with a fair amount of mistakes and challenges!

There is flexibility to work with so many different types of students and families while still spending quality time with my own.
